To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase. Certain products, such as Gift cards, items purchased on clearance or during special promotions, opened or used skincare products, and products that have been personalized or customized to your specifications are not eligible for return.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
